An award winning Pastry chef, Daniel has over 15 years experience as a professional holding prestigious roles for both Gordon Ramsay and Jason Atherton, Daniel has worked in various 5 star hotels and Michelin starred restaurants across the globe. He also held the position of Dessert Product developer for M&S for 3 years working with some of the leading food manufacturers in both the UK and Europe overseeing a product portfolio of over 120 products. Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge to his current role as a Pastry consultant. To date he has consulted on various projects yielding great success for his clients.
