Working in various 5 star hotels and Michelin starred restaurants across the globe. He also held the position of Dessert Product developer for M&S for 3 years overseeing a product portfolio of over 120 products. Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge to his current role as a Pastry consultant. To date he has consulted on various projects yielding great success for his clients.
